What is included in the price?

The price for whale watching includes the trip by boat and a guide that will help you to find the animals, insurance and of course a captain who drives the boat.

When do I pay?

You pay before the boat depart, you may pay by cash or by banktransfer 3 days before to book your seat. To confirm your booking you shall pay 50% of the total amount.

What shall I bring with me onboard?

Depending on the weather, you shall bring a windproof jacket if it is cold and comfortable shoes. We recommend you to use sun proof protection and even if the weather is warm bring a sweater or jacket with you. We can take care of a small bag of each one of the passengers.

May I eat food onboard?

We don’t recommend you to bring food with you. You may get seasick.

What time does the boat depart?

We do two trips a day, one at eleven o`clock and one in the afternoon at five o´clock.

From where do we depart?

We depart from the harbour of Tarifa.

How old must the kids be to get onboard?

They shall always be companied by an adult. The lifejackets for kids are from 12 kg and more. We recommend the kids to be at least 3 years old.

What happends if I cancel a booked trip?

We charge you 10% of the total amount if you cancel the trip 48 hours before departure. If you cancel it within 48 hours you will get charge 40%. Anyway we will always give you the opportunity to change the booking for another time and date if it match you better.

May I bring my luggage with me onboard?

If you need help to find a place for your luggage we will help you. You will only need to tell us with time enough to take care of it.
